You have seven calendar days from the time you receive an item to submit a return request, in accordance with our seven-day return policy.

Your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it, which means that it must be unworn or unused, have all of its tags attached, and be in the packaging that it came in. You will also need the receipt or another kind of verification that the item was purchased.

You can get in touch with us at info@mabzolodge.co.za to begin the process of a return. If your request to return an item is approved, we will email you a label for free return postage along with detailed instructions on where and how to deliver your box. We are unable to accept returns of items submitted to us without first receiving a return authorization request.
